- Is there an API to send postcards?
- Yes. The REST API lets you create, list, retrieve and cancel postcards with an API key from the Developer Hub, and sends signed webhooks when a card is created, sent to the printer, delivered or fails. The full contract is published as an OpenAPI spec.
- How are API postcards billed?
- Postcards you send through the API during the day are billed together every night at 23:59 UTC to the workspace owner's saved card. The price per card depends on that night's volume: a 4x6 card goes from $2.25 down to $1.50 at 500+ cards.
- Can I send a bulk mailing without writing code?
- Yes. Upload a CSV with your recipients and message, and we verify every address against USPS data before you pay. Volume pricing is applied automatically to the valid recipients.
- What happens to an undeliverable address?
- Every address is checked against USPS data before printing. In campaigns, invalid addresses are excluded before you pay. Through the API, the postcard is marked invalid_address, it isn't billed, and a postcard.failed webhook is sent.
- Can I cancel a postcard sent through the API?
- Yes, until the nightly batch picks it up (status pending_batch or ready_for_batch). After that it is already being billed and printed.
- Can my team share one account?
- Yes. Workspaces have one owner and any number of members. Everyone works on the same orders and campaigns; only the owner manages billing and webhooks.
