Frequently asked questions

Can I send a postcard to the US from another country?
Yes. You can order and pay online from anywhere in the world. We print the card in the United States and mail it to any US address, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories, with postage included. Cards can't be mailed to addresses outside the US yet.
How much does it cost to mail a postcard?
A single 4x6 postcard costs $2.25, printing and postage included. A 5x7 costs $3.25 and a 6x9 costs $4.50. Sending 20 or more cards in a campaign lowers the price per card.
How long does delivery take?
Your card is handed to USPS about 48 hours after you order, and USPS delivery usually takes about 4.3 more days. You can follow every step on your order page.
Can I use my own photo or create the design with AI?
Both. Uploading your own photo is free. To create the front with AI (GPT-Image-2), describe the image you want: each generation uses one AI credit, and credit packs start at $4.99.
What size and paper are the postcards?
Choose 4x6, 5x7 or 6x9 inches. Cards are printed at 300 DPI on 120lb gloss cardstock.
Can the recipient reply?
Yes. Every card has a QR code: the recipient scans it and writes back to you, without creating an account.
