- No! You only pay the shipping fee. Credits are only required if you want our AI to generate the image for you.
- How do bulk campaigns work?
- Simply upload a CSV with your addresses. We verify all addresses against the USPS database, apply your volume discount automatically based on valid recipients, and handle the mail merge for you.
- Do you offer international shipping?
- Currently, we only ship within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories). We are working hard to expand our printing network to Europe and Latin America in the future to offer the same speed and quality globally. Stay tuned for updates!
- What happens if I generate an image but don't like it?
- Generating an image consumes 1 credit. We recommend being specific with your prompts! Once generated, that image is yours to keep in your library forever.
